One of the ministry’s goals for GCS is to spur young people’s interest in careers in science and engineering. Survey shows that hands-on science learning also helps educate students in non-science-specific skills they’ll need to succeed in a variety of 21st century careers.
GCS is bless to have Hannah Blum as our volunteer. Hannah is a chem- ical engineer at a local gas company. Every Thursday morning, Hannah arrives to teach a science project with an exam at the end of the month. The students at GCS looks forward to Hannah’s science projects.
